Refund policy
Contact point: Please call our customer care at +91 9595 676 676 (9am-6pm, Mon-Sun) or email us at care@adonclinic.com to resolve return and refund policy. www.waidon.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible. We will be happy to assist and resolve your concern.
General Rules: Return of product may arise in one of the following situation (s),
- Wrong Product (s) delivered that do not match your order.
- Product (s) package is damaged or tempered during transit.
- Product (s) delivered is past expiry or near expiry (expiry date of less than 3 months from the date of delivery will be considered near expiry)
Note: If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same must be returned for a refund as per return process.
Order not confirmed and the amount deducted: Please feel free to call our customer care number +91-9595-676-676 and email at care@adonclinic.com. We will need your bank account statement to help you faster with Order processing.
Return Process:
- You may raise a Return request by calling our customer care number +91-9595-676-676 and email at care@adonclinic.com within 72 hours/ three days from the delivery of the product.
- Please send us unboxing video for return of product received in bad condition/ damaged/ tempered/ leaked packaging or even for return of wrong product not matching your order or product not matching the ordered quantity. Kindly note we will not be able to help if you DO NOT have unboxing video. You will have to send unboxing video on whatsapp +91-9595-676-676 and email at care@adonclinic.com
- In case of leakage of product, also send video of the product, if still in sealed
- Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, and return of damaged product back to us Adon team shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If we find that the request is genuine, we will initiate the Return and Refund process or we will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost after we receive the damaged product from you at following address – Adon clinic, 305/306, Cosmos Plaza, Near D.N. Nagar metro station, D.N. Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400053; Contact No. +91-9595-676-676.
- In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Adon reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Adon (Follicular Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) in this regard.
Shipping cost: If the product is returned due to non-availability of customer or wrong shipping address/pincode, shipping and handling charges of Rs 150 (one hundred and fifty rupees) will be adjusted against the refundable amount.
Cancellation before Shipping: If the order is cancelled before shipping, we shall initiate 100 % refund minus the payment gateway charges, if any.
Cancellations after Shipping: For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, a ‘Shipping & Handling’ Fee of Rs. 150/- will be adjusted against the refundable amount.
False Delivery message: If you have received the message (sms) of successful delivery, but not received the product, please inform us by calling on +91-9595-676-676 within 48 hours / 2 days of receipt of such message. We will not be able to help if you inform after 72 hours due to binding rules of Courier Aggregator Company and we may not be able to refund the money.
Response time: Once we receive your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method in case of pre-paid transactions or to your bank account if you have made offline purchase through our whatsapp number +91-9595-676-676. Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 7 working days after the return is processed and initiated by us due to banking transaction delay. We will help you by providing transaction details of refund initiated by us but you will have to pursue your bank for delay in refund crediting to your bank account beyond 7 working days.
Refund for COD: We do not have Cash On Delivery (COD) facility.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts and the amount will be credited to original payment holders account.
Changes to this Policy: Adon (Follicular Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to make changes to this policy as and when required. Though we shall communicate the change in policy to our customers, non-communication shall not be considered an act of omission in rendering duty and customers are requested to check the Return and Refund policy before initiating such request.
